We have a transparent 3 tier pricing structure to hire a producer, each is based on a simple hourly rate, payable in a range of currencies, so it’s very affordable for all types of workshop and event. There is no contract or long term commitment, just book us for the duration you need us (usually the length of your event, plus some preparation, rehearsal and wrap up time). If you require a producer with specific language or design skills, we will advise you on the right pricing tier for you. Please reach out to discuss and receive a quote for your project. If you book multiple workshops or recurring events, we can usually offer discounts.

Booking well in advance is advisable so we have the chance to become familiar with your event’s specific objectives, create graphics and activities, rehearse and troubleshoot; allowing for optimal planning and execution of your important event.

However, because we have a large team of highly trained technical producers in different time zones, we can always accommodate last minute requests, so it’s never too late to engage with us.

For workshops and small online gatherings, we recommend booking your Tech Producer 3 – 5 weeks in advance. For larger, more complex events, a minimum of 3 months notice is advisable – but don’t worry, we understand the challenges and can work within much shorter timeframes!

We have a dedicated pre event design team and will be more than happy to build virtual whiteboard activities, create quizzes, PowerPoints, videos and more.

When it comes to the live production, your assigned Tech Producer will be able to make amends on the fly as all our team all understand the workings of Miro / Mural / Slido / Google Slides / PPT etc;  but the detailed designing should be done before the workshop so it’s not a distraction when your Producer when the event is live!

We have Producers who can understand and communicate in a range of languages including French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese and more.

We also have a trusted network of simultaneous interpreters and we are highly experienced in managing events with multiple translated tracks of content. We can advise on the best software and production methods for these instances.

We have produced a fully live 4 day conference event, fully translated into 12 languages in real time with interactive workshops and breakouts – so there is no event too complex for us in this regard.

There is no time zone we will not accommodate! We have Technical Producers in Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. We always try to pair an event with a producer / tech team in a similar time zone for ease of communication and alertness; but all of our Tech Producers are happy to work outside traditional hours so you will never be without our support no matter your time or place!

Yep! Our Virtual Approval producers are happy to either take a back seat and only focus on the technical elements of your event or play a more visible role and co-host the experience – organising and contributing to activities, breakout sessions and more. All of our Producers are confident in front of the camera and some have an L&D background, so we understand the principles of facilitation and are very personable – it’s part of our sparkle.

Basically, we’re happy to get involved!

We are ‘all in’ with you on your event and very flexible in our style and approach. However, if there is an instance where it’s a good idea to enlist a dedicated host or another member of our team / your team to take on the role of dedicated facilitator / host, so that risk is minimised and the Producer is ‘in the zone’, focusing on the tech, we will guide you on this too.

Choosing the best platform for hosting online meetings depends on your specific needs, such as the size of the meeting, required features, budget and ease of use. Here’s a quick breakdown of some of our favourites. Zoom – versatile, high-quality video conferencing and suitable for a range of meeting sizes and types. Microsoft Teams – this might be your choice if you operate in Office 365 and need integrated collaboration tools, but be cautious as it’s not a fully fledged video conferencing platform. Google Meet – simple and effective for Google Workspace users. Cisco Webex – feature-rich and suitable for large organisations with high security needs. At a push, we’d say Zoom event production is our preferred approach (and we’re a recognised Zoom events production studio!) – but we’re well-versed in pretty much every online conferencing platform and are ready to assist with whatever you need!

Yes, we can provide the licences, or we can use your licence for hosting your workshops / webinars / meetings. We have enterprise level Zoom and MS Teams licences with webinar add on, large meeting capacity unto 3,000 attendees as standard.  We also have Miro, Mural, Ahaslides and Slido licences so you may not need to invest in your own for infrequent use cases! All of the software can be branded with your logo and brand assets, so nobody will ever know. It’s win – win.

Ultimately it’s up to you, we often set up links for events and workshops to ease the burden on you and also to ensure the settings are all configured correctly.

Equally, if you’d prefer to set up the links, just share with us and provide a host key or make us co-host when we arrive. Either way is fine.

All of our Technical Producers have robust remote studio setups with multiple top spec computers, multiple screens, ultra high speed internet connections, HD camera and microphone. We can provide technical support to either MAC or PC users, ensuring your presenters are in safe hands.

Some Producers have additional A/V hardware such as mixing desks, bonded 5G modems, vmix systems and recording studio.

Once we understand the nature of your project we will take into consideration your requirements and pair you with the right Tech Producer(s).

We have a purpose built automated booking system, making the process very simple and efficient, so you fill in a quick form with the details of your workshop / event and we jump into action; quickly allocating your producer, sending out diary invites and setting up links as necessary.
